Arrive at Jammu Airport or Railway Station and drive to Pahalgam. Check in. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight Pahalgam. Meals: none.

Free day. Pony ride to Chandanwari at your own cost, or walk along the Lidder River. Overnight Pahalgam. Meals: breakfast.

Pahalgam to Srinagar (approx. 97 km, 4 hours)
Brief visit to Awantipura Ruins en route. Check in to houseboat. Afternoon visit to Shalimar, Chashme Shahi and Nishat Mughal Gardens (Nishat closed on Fridays). Visit Shankaracharya Temple on the hill. Evening free for shopping at your own cost. Overnight Srinagar. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Srinagar, excursion to Sonmarg (approx. 90 km, 3 hours)
Transfer from houseboat to Srinagar hotel. Full-day excursion to Sonmarg. Pony ride to a glacier at your own cost. Evening free. Overnight Srinagar. Meals: breakfast.

Srinagar, excursion to Gulmarg (approx. 52 km, 2 hours)
Drive to Gulmarg. Walk the meadows; gondola ride at your own cost. Overnight Srinagar. Meals: breakfast.

Srinagar to Katra (approx. 270 km, 8 hours)
Drive to Katra and check in. Evening free. Overnight Katra. Meals: breakfast.

Katra, trek to Mata Vaishnodevi (14 km one way)
Trek to the shrine; ponies available on direct payment. Return to hotel after darshan. Overnight Katra. Meals: breakfast.

Katra to Jammu (approx. 56 km, 2 hours)
Transfer to Jammu Airport or Railway Station for onward journey. Meals: breakfast.
